That's good advice. It's basically how not to be a douche bag at the strip club.
Guys who say they can just walk in and and take a girl out of the club at will are lying. Once in a great while, lightning will strike, and she'll find you attractive and make a move, but not if you're a douche nozzle.
The only time it's ever happened to me was when I was at my most polite and low key.
