How I'm Losing Weight in MX without Working Out
There are different Eating Habits here, so it helps alot, and its easy..
Morning:
Daily Fresh Squeezed Juice with:
Celery, Grapefruit, raw cactus, pineapple, honey, one squeezed lemon.
$1.50 for a 35 oz juice!
or
a Milkshake
with milk, bananas, strawberry, oatmeal, granola, all mixed.
$1.50 for a 35 oz Milkshake!
Lunch:
1 tuna sandwitch on wheat (with jalapenos)
$1.50 per sandwitch
or
Ham and egg sandwitch (with jalapenos)
$1.50 per sandwitch
Dinner:
2 carnitas tacos, with a lot of Hot Salsa + water with a squezed lime, and a little honey
$4 including tip
or
2 tacos de Cabeza (goat meat), with a lot of Hot Salsa + water
$4 including tip
at least 2 liters of water a day
oh, and take two shits a day..min.
..Mon. throught Fri.
