This image has not been "blurred" in anyway - it was shot with a 300mm lens at or about f2.8 and because of that - everything in front of and behind the model is out of focus. The reason you saw that on the other pic was because they did a blur around the image to give the impression that it was shot with a longer lens then it actually was - and it was also an artistic statement. It was obvious in the other picture that alterations had been done to it - nobody tried to fool you
