The building matters - it was build for one purpose and it serves that purpose well.

The physical building itself has little to do with the service you get from a host that resides in the building. Ping times, uptimes ect... have nothing to do with the building they are in, it is the carriers, their infrastructure and the hosts infrastructure that matters. If mojo had good providers and all good infrastructure they would be a great host no matter what the building looks like just like if they had crappy providers and shitty infrastructure themselves they would suck even if the phyisical building was beautiful. The point is that Mojo is a good host period and it has nothing todo with the building itself.
