As far as making the customer happy. Let me tell you a story, when we started we were a free site,it was to promote my wifes webcam work. We gave them 75 to 125 new exclusive pictures every month for free and you know what people bitched and it was free. No pops, no upsales the only thing it spoke about was when my wife was on webcam and it wasnt good enough they wanted more and it was fucking free.

One needs to look no further than the major porn producers laying off people. I am positive the economy has a lot to do with it. I am sure piracy lends it fair share as well. But your industry is no different than any other industry from those same issues. Movies, music, etc... all suffer from theft. All are facing the same down economy. So when the competition remains the same or increases for what is now a smaller portion of the pie, you have to evolve and raise the value to retain or gain new sales otherwise, you risk losing that sale to some other company within your industry or to another industry altogether.
