I'd stay away from small companies or companies who can replicate their own movies. Steer clear of anyone who is too eager to get your product. And at the FIRST SIGN of a late pay, for any reason, stop giving them movies. Look at who producers have been with and then left. Why did they leave?
It really is a very dirty industry that is dying a slow death. You need to be on guard more than ever now because they are all looking for ways to save money, as they are selling less and less units. At least you have a niche product, that will give you some extra mileage rather than just having typical LA or Euro crap.

Actually that is the reason I didnt sign a contract last year. Been introduced to someone, but havent go forward, cause I heard that this distributor fucked some producers over their rights/content.
