I'd personally recommend OC3, I never had any issues with them with my personal servers. Is signed up when Caz was there and didn't follow him only because I saw no need, but I'm sure his new thing Right Hosting is probably a solid recommendation as well
Another I haven't tried myself but I have heard good things from people for SEO using baddog's GotWeb Host.
