Though it is pretty funny to hear people in the SEX INDUSTRY be so afraid of STDs. The industry is filled to the rim with disease in one form or another, and you're all making money from it.  |
STDs don't bother me, as long as it's other people getting them. I think it's like that for most of the people in here.
As for catching STDs from non-hookers, here's a nice little example of why hookers are a much bigger risk than non-hookers.
In Amsterdam, 7% of all hookers have HIV. Among the general population, the percentage is about 0.3%. Excluding gay males, the percentage drops to 0.1%. Excluding people not of western origin and drug addicts as well, the percentage is something like 0.01%.
