Not far off at all. I didn't say they got it from women. I'm saying they catch it from men. Men spread it, so that means that the % of men carrying STDs is going to be WAY higher than stats say.

Many PEOPLE use drugs. I know 100s of whores, not one uses needles. I know about 4 or 5 guys who do.

Of course hookers are higher risk in general, that is not to be argued. But it is not as bad as "they" say it is based on a handful of tests in certain areas. Most of the prostitutes I know take better care of themselves than any non-prostitute I have ever met.

How often does non-hookers get checked for STDs or HIV / AIDS? How often do they really get PAP Smears? How often do they really use condoms? Not often.
