ppl who turn out of a street, and go 10km/h as your coming 50km/h or more and you have to slam on the brakes.

seeing kids jumping around in the car while driving.
(I seen this chinese couple put their baby in the hatchback, no seatbelts.. just the carrier, and than the rest of the family all got in the car.. I was in shock.. my girlfriend was extremly pissed about that, she would of done something about it for sure.. I was just like umm.. wtf)
ppl who always speed and never get tickets. ( I am the most unlucky person for this )
