Of course they did not do their job because they let Georgia to start massive invasion of South Ossetia and break all the international peace agreements. So what? I believe Russia should fix this problem ASAP.
BTW, Russia is a country so it should not be written "russia". What was your score in English? Also peace keepers should be written without quotes. Learn your mother language man - it's never late.
