I dont think its really necessary to kill me, for having a website showing videos of people dipping in randoms peoples pools, or having parties there. Right?

The idea indeed spawned to get a community going of people sending in those amateur/homemade videos of doing just that. If i agree with people doing as such, i think is not to important. Theres worse then developing this idea of a website right

But on a more serious note: I am indeed looking to find those people who do, or who can supply me with those videos. If you can point me in that direction its greatly apreciated!!
Ps: illegal dipping can also just mean jumping in randoms peoples pools for a short time, nude is the most fun. The really big thing is the parties.
