They screwed me out of 400.00 by negligence and poor support. I sold my site on e-bay, and they would not cooperate in the transfership of the hosting contract or the domain name (they were the registrars), thus ending up with the buyer backing out.

Then, when I called them on this, they simply canceled my account and threatened to "contact a third party if necessary" over a little clause in their contract about selling their services for them.

What a sleazy fucking way to do business.

GFY, do NOT do business with these guys.

I guess I learned my lesson about cheap hosts. I know, I know.
