Canada is actually the big reason for the credit card payment option push. We have a Canadian Affiliate clamoring for the tool, but we've had difficulty obtaining Canadian valid numbers.
Credit card billing on all of our existing plug ins will clear this issue, and it will be live next week!
Here's an example of the tool in use as a white label plug in:

You can see that their traffic is going to be UK based, and the tool is set up as a UK based tool for them, so it all works perfectly to convert.
We can do the same right now for most countries, but it takes the customization work on our side, which we are very happy to do! We have it set up and making money for affiliates in the USA and Europe, right now.
