Cuba doesn't have a problem other than the USA trade embargo and the bullshit propaganda it spreads against the Cuban government. The USA single handedly crippled Cuba after the Soviet Union fell and bullies most nations to not trade with them.
The USA will probably own Cuba before it's all said and done anyway.
