That's not correct because:
1) Saddam
HAS NOT KILLED American citizens, so the USA had no right to punish him for anything. Saakashvili has.
2) Iraq was invaded not because of Saddam (the facts states that: Saddam is dead, but the US army is still in Iraq). The US army came into Iraq for oil. It's not hard to find out which exactly companies gained a license on mining the Iraqi oil.
So Iraq is a different story. If you'd mention about Osama and Afghanistan instead of Saddam and Iraq it would be a better example. I admit the US attempt to catch him wherever he is, including Afghanistan, Pakistan or any other country.
