My prediction: The US is headed for a deep, real, no shit DEPRESSION and after a bunch of fuck fuck games with the middle east and Russia for the next year or two, a MAJOR attack (by them or "them") will drive the US full force into the only thing that can really rescue the economy for the long term - a World War.

When there's blood in the streets, buy real estate.
