Yes I saw it too - you don't believe but I saw it on official Russian TV channel. First of all, Kasparov hasn't been killed and was released almost immediately.
But there is a second thing your western media haven't mentioned of... He was trying to make a demonstration together with Mr. Limonov, who's party is forbidden in Russia as a Nazi one.
