You should have and need to go to the doc's or ER, you could have internal bleeding and be dieing right now... Jeez!
As for sueing his employer it is quite posiable that you can....
Remember when we where in school... If you kicked someones ass on the way home even if it was off school property the school could punish you for it...
Same principal here... Companies are responsable for there employees actions to and from work... Why do you think big factories have huge locker rooms with showers and such..?
They encourage you to come to work in street clothes and change back into them at the end of the day... Some places it is policy...
They do not want there employees going out after work, having a few beers and getting in trouble with there logo on there chest...
