I know how to fight hand to hand... but the guy had a golf club and thought the guy was too much of a pussy to do anything so a quick swing of the club caught me off guard. The guy was clearly a pussy. He whacked me then even while I was dizzy and going down saw him running away and speeding off.
Anyway the prosecutor didn't return my call and I still don't have a police report. Once I get it I'm calling the reporter that came to the scene that works for the paper and calling whirlpool and asking for the legal department. I'll fax the police report over to them as well as a copy of the reporters card and a few pages from the yellow pages under "lawyer"
I am having some minor issues with my head still tonight. When I bend over or do anything that increases pressure to my I get a little dizzy and it hurts. Right in the middle of the cut area and slightly above it there is a dent and its squishy. It hurts like hell to press so I could possibly have a skull fracture.
I went about a pretty normal day today. I worked on cleaning out the basement and mowed the lawn with a rider mower and used a trimmer to get all the edges. Its weird I feel pretty much fine but there's clearly something wrong. I'm going to make an appointment to see my normal doctor tomorrow and just have him schedule an x-ray. I don't feel like sitting in the ER all night just to get whacked by an insane bill.
By time the cops got the guy he had already changed his shirt but I'm sure at least one of the witnesses saw him wearing a whirlpool shirt. Since the guy is going to end up fired I won't exactly be seeing any cash from him if I sue and I can't really afford to be out a bunch of money right now. I've been putting off selling my '68 Mustang as long as possible and on my current budget I can keep it at least till spring but any shit can toss that off.
