Love cooking, its one of my passions, and thank god because my girlfriend doesn't cook and hasn't for the entire 8 years I have been with her (much like most Aussie girls).
Make a great lasange, and a variety of italian spagetti dishes, also do some pretty cool asian dishes. Best though would have to be my prime eye filet steak ... after a year or so of trying to get it right its gotten to the point where I simply cant eat a steak at a restaraunt because its either overcooked, not tender enough or just badly cooked or a bad cut
There are very few restaraunts which can cook a steak correctly, and its a shame I learned to cook the perfect steak because I used to love eating out and having a steak.
