Am I seeing this correct? I believe Epass are charging us money everytime we move our money from our wallet and virtual visa?

Virtual 17 Aug 2008 Visa Virtual to Wallet $-612.00 $-612.00 Pending

Thats the last transaction I just made. The I sent the money to someone else and I was charged a further 60 cents.
