So, your idea is that someone else runs the site and you pay for the hosting... and you get 50% of the profits?
Nowadays servers cost is almost nothing... So the best business decision would be to get a fresh server, get some %7 domains from a cheap registar and build that same kind of site... then manage it and get 100% of the money.
