I own
http://www.gigamyspacelayouts.com which is totally designed and coded custom with a fine database of myspace layouts and loads of backlinks, PR3 and more then 1200 unique visitors per day making more then 43000 uniques per month with 88.76% of SEO traffic by keywords.
It is also monetized with an adsense and over ads networks but unfortunately i am totally out of time to develop it and improve the profits.
So i think to sell it but how much do you think it could cost these days?
