Thought will be much simpler if i just post here some stats shots but just like i said i can grant you with live g analytics access if you are seriously interested. You will see that more then 80% of traffic is SEO and some fckng cool keywords are very close to the top of the first pages and it just needs a good and better push.

Please keep in mind that i still not sure about selling price and i am looking for offers and estimations. I know that it could be great monetized with a push, i simply don't have time working with that niche as some of you know what i am doing as i run my design and themes workshops.
P.S not interested to sell it cheap.
