Exactly... I don't know TN law, but it's probably similar to other states. Being naked in a public location is not a violation (imagine having to take a pee while hiking in a national forest.... first available tree anyone???? Imagine running around naked at something like WoodStock. 40,000 people ... if no one complains, then it's not a violation, although your chances of someone bitching are pretty high at that level). Here in Arizona it's only a violation if someone complains and then is willing to back up that complaint (which most people aren't. Ha ha... ask FTV, he shoots in public all the time and even publishes vids where they get caught at one level or another. Don't believe I have ever read about him facing legal situations because of it).
I shoot in public locations all the time. Makes for new and exciting backgrounds. I just don't do it when other people are around. Seeing as I won't be making a complaint and neither will the model I am working with, neither one of us feels like its a violation... so voile' - nudity in public places without breaking the law :D
