I try to travel as much as I can because I can't LEAVE like you can....
You should be on expedia.com right now looking up fares so that you can go on a sample vacation.....do NOT just up and move anywhere without visiting first, especially if they don't speak english...
Do like buyandsell said and just live in a cheap hotel or hostel....And the only other bag besides your backpack that you should be carrying will contain your laptop.
