I'm so disappointed - I used to be able to work out and eat what I wanted. As the years have progressed, that apparently no longer works I started with a personal trainer 2 times a week 3 weeks ago (upping it to 3 times a week starting next week) and so far, nothing to show for it except laying down in the aquamassage so I that I can walk and raise my arms afterwards

I've started taking Slimfasts to the store since it's either that or order pizza - no restaurant I can get to and back in a short period of time and I'm too lazy to make anything before I leave. But then I come home and eat like a freaking Hoover.

Per my trainer, I need AT LEAST 200 minutes of cardio per week in addition to the work outs - I get about 40.

PLUS I'm looking at more stomach surgery that will put me in the "lay on the sofa doing nothing" mode for a few weeks. I'm postponing that as long as possible. And with the stomach issues I can't eat raw veggies so that makes things even harder. His instructions to me were "Forget about everything you learned - you need to stick to pasta, rice, potatoes and bread". FUCK ME!!

To make this long story short ;) put me down for the "Losing weight" contest. I don't even need a prize - the scale and smaller clothes will be enough
