If you looked at the labels on the foods you buy and cut out any saturated fats and I guarantee you'll knock pounds off!! add that with some exercise and lots of water and you're on the right track!!

everyone says I look great but I watch pretty much eVERYTHING I eat and I exercise 4-5 times a week on top of the martial arts training 2 times a week!
