Been there, done that.. lost at least 10 inches before. I won't post the picture if old-me out of fear of someone locally recognizing me.
Best tips I can give you:
- Exercise. Just do it. Just don't fuck up your knees.
- No more booze. Cut it out, you don't need it!
- Cut cola down; if you can't handle water, try some Cristal Light.
- No dollar menu. Learn to cook, at the very least learn to order sans-tasty-sugar-crap like Ranch dressing. Try a vinigarette - you may like it!
- Stop snacking. If you need to snack, make it difficult, like unshelled, unsalted sunflower seeds. You'll consume fewer calories.
