Make a plan for life and stick with it. It is not hard at all when you get used to it. Loosing weight and then gaining again to do it all over again is actually really bad for you health, it is much better to keep it off for good!

You know, I agree with you. I went through a divorce and a huge change of circumstance. I was suddenly in a situation where i didn't have the freedom I once did to work out right. I became a single father and had to adjust. No excuse in hindsight, but I felt sorry for myself and left my healthy lifestyle.
Oh well. I have recognized it and am moving forward. I'm still down 100lbs from my highest weight, which is great! Most would be happy with that, I am not
