Yes, that's how I am...
I'm 5'9 and change and around 265.....I might have lost 15 pounds maximum since February but I'm down a shirt size from 2xl to xxl....I've just now discovered the magic of squats so I'm going to be losing more inches in no time....
I can't see me weighing any less than 250 when I get down to xl.....
I just lift weights and squeeze in some Yoga and Pilates when I can.....Plus lots of time in the Sauna and Jacuzzi....Plus I swim a little bit.......But when I'm in the weightroom, I work out HARD so that I can build muscle and in turn, burn more calories while I am at rest......My sex drive has gone through the roof and my ballsac is always on full....I bust nice thick loads now on the routine....
If you aren't worried about pounds and more about looking good and reversing the aging process, LIFT WEIGHTS!!!.....I should've been doing this shit a long time ago.....I dont' diet or any of that shit....I still drink but it's mostly Merlot these days and I still smoke the herb.....I quit smoking cigarettes regularly but that has only been since June so for five of the past 8 months, I was inhaling toxic Newport smoke........I also have a half eaten $1 double cheeseburger from Mcdonalds sitting right here.....
I take Zinc and Folic acid for muscle growth and sperm development....I just bought some Magnesium today to help me lift weights....And I also take a multi vitamin....
And when I'm eating a fatty meal, I pop a couple capsules of Chitosan because not only does it suck up the fat out of your meal, it's a great source of fiber....
