If you aren't worried about pounds and more about looking good and reversing the aging process, LIFT WEIGHTS!!!.....I should've been doing this shit a long time ago.....I dont' diet or any of that shit....I still drink but it's mostly Merlot these days and I still smoke the herb.....I quit smoking cigarettes regularly but that has only been since June so for five of the past 8 months, I was inhaling toxic Newport smoke........I also have a half eaten $1 double cheeseburger from Mcdonalds sitting right here.....

I take Zinc and Folic acid for muscle growth and sperm development....I just bought some Magnesium today to help me lift weights....And I also take a multi vitamin....

And when I'm eating a fatty meal, I pop a couple capsules of Chitosan because not only does it suck up the fat out of your meal, it's a great source of fiber....
Did you stop Judo?
