Secondly, it's clear you are not a producer of any kind. So the "selfish opinion" is

If it was your shit being stolen, and your sales were suffering due to copyright violation and theft, and YOUR livelihood was in danger.... I am sure this issue would be a top priority to YOU. Versus many other pointless things the government concerns it's self with.
