Funny you don't try to help me out when I ask for it, but anyhow, I have never had an unresolved complaint since I've been an epass user, and I HAVE been an epass user since Flashcash was the FIRST sponsor setting people up. I got my first card as one of the first cards. ..and I have YET to get "helped out" from epass unless I call up the actual office (not the Indians you use or the company board warrior).
So, don't help, at least stay consistent.

I am not going to go into a discussion with you but I don't see anywhere in my ICQ history going back 2½ years that you have contacted me from the ICQ # in your sig but ICQ is unreliable and only hold so many offline messages so I might have missed it.
If you email me your email address I can search through my emails.
I treat everyone that contacts me the same and I do what I can to help but sometimes things slip through the cracks and if thats the case with you I apologize.
