I don't care what freaking office I was running for, I wouldn't release my medical records AT ANY TIME. Geeze. What next - DNA tests for everyone?
This is why we can't get good candidates. There are a lot of people in this country who would make EXCELLENT presidents and vice presidents but they have a skeleton or 10 in their closets and the press just goes nuts on them. It's funny that FDR was in a wheelchair for quite some time before most in the US knew it because the press agreed to "hide" it. You'd NEVER see that now.
