Did you see this above the first pic? It says, "My sister and I during our happiest moments. We welcome our new child in a little less than 4 months. " I'm assuming he means the pic is of him and his sister and he and Bristol are welcoming their child, but the way he wrote it he makes it sound like he and his sister are having a baby."
