That's a good question, and there is really no solid number. For example if a client sends dvds and needs it to like 9 formats, it would tie more resources down than someone who only needs 2 formats.

That said, we have never ran into any significant backlogs even with a few thousand DVD's coming through. We are set up in a manner that can easily adjust to higher loads at a moments notice. I've had zero complaints about turn around time.
