I don't know. I would be concerned with trademark issues myself. Tera and Tara are amazingly similar and that similarity is what could be an issue in court.
Tera Patrick.com runs an affiliate program. Why not setup an account and customize a site around that? I'm sure in the long run you would make more money with typo type ins than you would tryign to sell it out right.
