is a medical setting. Lots of people with different diseases and infections come in, and leave nasty bugs behind. MRSA could be one of those bugs, and the slightest lapse on the part of your doctor's cleaner could make it possible for a bug like mrsa to live there for a while, until some unlucky bastard (you) picks it up.
