Yes and I would not increase its seriousness number even if it was the size of a softball.
I have had more surgeries than most I am sure of, so I think I should be able to rank crap well.
Lets see add in some more to show real numbers.
Broken finger: .05
Wisdom teeth: .07
Broken rib: .5
Blood transfusion: .9
Sever laceration on head: 1.
Skin graft: 2
Muscle flap plastic surgery: 3
Removal of a portion of a femur: 4
Spinal surgery, including tumor and bone removal: 5
Bladder removal: 6
Chemotherapy maybe around a 3 to 4.5
Radiation therapy maybe around a 3 to 5
Spinal tap maybe around a 2-3.5
Those three I would fluctuate since they really depend a whole shit load and either pain or side effects swing greatly.
