Its funny how many people are jumping on this rumor bandwagon that started circulating about a week ago.
I highly doubt this would happen but even if it does I do not see how it could affect Obama in a negative way. Especially if Biden bows out for personal reasons that Obama has no control over. It might be a good thing for Obama if Clinton takes Biden's place. Look at all the Clinton supporters he lost when he picked Biden over her. Look how McCains numbers went up after he picked Palin.
My personal opinion is this whole election is a bad joke. This election is not about who is best for the country. It is about how are we going to make this election a historical milestone with either a black president or a women vice president or both.

Mark my words. I see this election falling to pieces one way or another whether it is by war or by some bizarre ineligibility of one of the candidates weeks before the election.
