That's a fine theory. The people that go by it don't make claims to the contrary aforehand.
That's the clink that disproves representations of success : making a claim, and not delivering on it.
Basically, you're saying "hey, not like not paying some money to some bloke proves anything". It depends. It can prove all that needs to be proven to land you in jail.
