We already had an agreement which did not include the source.
You can't withhold payment so that you can force me to change the agreement.
Your idea was to put the IP address on the movie. That's your idea.
I created and own the code to do that, not you.
Tell GM you want a car with a faster engine that runs on piss.
When they make it, then tell them you own the engine diagrams and see if you get it.
