It reminds me of how they would terminate chathost accounts then invite them back in (what did they call it?) those spirit of goodwill/all is forgiven/no questions asked campaigns.
Of course, the agreements they have with chathosts vs. the ones they have with webmasters are totally different, though. A chathost wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court with all they sign away, while webmasters might actually have a chance. Maybe.
I'm going to shuttup now in case they actually do come in here. Which I reeeeeeeeeeeeallllllllllly doubt they will.
