I am just frustrated that we bust our ass to make sure that we are at 100% all the time and we go for literally years without any issues and then in a matter of 3 months we have 3 events. The bottom line is that all hosts have issues from time to time and we are not immortal so it will happen to use from time to time, as well. I guess I just take it very personally and my customers love us for it.

Again, I apologize to you and everyone else for the attitude, as well as for the outage and I commit to you that I will bust my ass to make sure that we go years before the next one.
