Before everyone goes off on me, let me get a few points out, ok??? I saw someone say that once we deliver a sign-up that our job is done, I agree with that, but I just got cancelled probably because I market the hell out of ?FREE FREE FREE,? so go figure that maybe Clickcash doesn?t exactly get quality signups from those guys. But f**ck! As long as they?d pay me for it, why wouldn?t I send them? (I guess they had enough.) Sure it?s a signup, but Clickcash, Mtree, everyone would just die on the vine if they keep paying out the 40 bucks for signups that give them no money! Look, I?m happy they let me send them the crappy traffic I?ve been sending them for at least this long. I run, well, ran this same exact traffic with streamate, well, they kicked me to rev share because there was no revenue behind the signups I sent them, then, since I kind of wanted to eat?and couldn?t because rev share on ZERO doesn?t put food on the table, I went back to my old faithful program - Clickcash. I?d been with them a long time already, but never really sent them anything, but then when the streammate rev share reality hit, I just changed my links ? and Clickcash took ?em and paid, and paid and paid. I figured they just converted better than streammate?I don?t know, maybe they did/do, but maybe they just woke up and said ?ENOUGH! No more crap traffic!? Anyway, I have a friend who used to work with them, who apparently still knows some folks inside Clickcash so I?ll keep pushing for more, but what I got in a 2 minute IM with him just now is that the folks that were cancelled were cancelled because their traffic sucked. (DUH!) They cancelled dozens, mostly all little accounts that did a signup or two a week, but they only cancelled accounts they concluded had no hope ? ones that just didn?t deliver any revenue and apparently they meant this ANY, as in $ZERO. They also did it without warning because they apparently get nailed a lot by guys that are told to improve their traffic quality, and then they jam all kinds of fake signups down their throat. They always pay what?s owed on closed accounts, but that last-gasp stuff from guys like us is what they feared. Opening new accounts, it?s about starting new with clean, new traffic so they can evaluate it. They?re on a hiring binge (so I doubt they?re having money issues). (these are paraphrased quotes from a guy who didn?t know he was going to be quoted and now likely the last time I?ll get anything from him)

(Also, I did get a letter from them a few weeks ago that told me my traffic quality was bad and they offered to work with me to improve it, but I didn?t call them or even try, so, to be fair, they did kind of alert me to the problem and offer to help me ? although I don?t know what they were going to do ? but I didn?t try myself.)

Guys, I have to accept this, it?s kind of like the banks and Wall Street shit going on ? there were some BIG-BUCKS dudes on Wall Street thinking their shit didn?t stink, all the while trading air and making a ton of money ? they HAD to know there?d be a day when they couldn?t keep getting something for nothing? Well guess what, the world caught up with that gig. I kind of sat back this weekend and realized that I can?t make easy bucks off of ?FREE FREE FREE? campaigns any more (not that I won?t try!!! ;) ), that the streammate program, Mtree, whatever, is going to do the same exact thing to me that Clickcash did if I don?t find a way ? and quick ? to send them signups from guys that will actually reach into their pocket. I mean guys ? what program pays you a pps for a free signup? Really!?! Clickcash does, but maybe they do that kind of hoping that the cheapskate guys will be the exception and that most will spend money ? in this case, I guess a lot of us whining on this board didn?t have enough of a mix of spenders and cheapskates.

I was only doing a small number of signups every week, so I don?t have a lot of links out there to change (and any of us that are worth their salt should have their links all automated and dynamic anyway ? if not, get with the program?), but in the meantime, if I was only doing a few signups a week, then I really don?t think that the time between when they cancelled my account and now, when I can change my links, really represents much of a heist by Clickcash?, so ?stealing?? Whatever?if they get a few signups from our old links, then maybe you should just call it even and move on.

As far as smart cam chicks, guys, face it ? they hold all the cards ? they are so much smarter than we are? We can code and create links, BFD! THEY, however, are smart enough to get you to hand over our wallets to them, and for what ? not even a kiss!

Let?s move on and chalk it up to a new era. So, if we?re all the small guys that got cancelled, suck it up, skip a $40 lunch and work instead. (I?m a hardass, but honest and don?t blame anyone but myself for what happens to me?)

Last comment, I feel bad for all you guys that feel blind-sided. Just get back on the horse, do some work and let?s just get our last Clickcash check. (Btw, I just signed up a new account with them and all seemed like I could start from scratch, and like a lot of you, I?ll probably ?test the fences,? but if I get whacked again, I?ll just take that to mean that they have a new sheriff in town watchin? me?)

(Trixie, you?re a trip! Like that spunk!)

Wait, cherrylula ? they did tell me in my letter that I was getting the boot b/c my traffic was in the lowest ?decile,? so I guess it sucked, so I guess that?s my reason.
Some good points but that doesn't excuse anything.
