Bump for this thread. I have a domain I'm trying to transfer out of this registrar and (conveniently) their "get auth code" button doesn't work and produces the following error
Error in /cgi/GetAuthCode.exe
An internal Visual Basic error has occurred in /cgi/GetAuthCode.exe.
[11001] Host not found. (error #26002)
When I email support asking for the auth code their response is "Please try getting the auth code yourself.
