How much you get really depends on how much you will do. Will you design the website? Will you maintain it? Will you do the SEO for the website? Will you run the affiliate program and by that I mean not just managing it by adding things, etc. I mean actually going out and getting webmasters.
If you can say yes to all of these things then I don't think 50% is unreasonable at all. But keep in mind while you are doing all the website work she is the one who has to come up with the content and that in itself is a huge investment, so if you aren't doing your job with marketing can she really afford to shoot new, fresh content for the site? Both of you are really vital to the success of the other. If one of you drops the ball the other one can't really do their job all that well.
