It has not started, and anyone saying so needs to turn down the volume on Hannity, and push away from watching O'Reilly.
A 'world war' means the whole WORLD is at, or involved, in war. Not just a single superpower fighting regional conflicts to preserve it's own self interests, and impose it's will based demand of it's the corporate masters of capitalism.
WWIII will be over the control of natural resources. Energy, food, water.
